1. Over long term stocks have traded on average at around 1.5 X Book Value.
2. Sometimes they trade at or less then Book Value.
3. Other times they sell at 2 X Book Value or greater.
4. You want to buy at or less then Book Value
5. You want to sell near 2 X Book Value when it’s over priced. 
6. In many cases you could hold a stock for 5 or more years before it reaches 2X Book Value.
7. You want the Book Value to grow at around 15% so it will double in five years.      
8. Invest in companies with a Book Value growth and R.O.E. of 15%.
